Customer Service is terrible. The voice quality is very poor and low volume. Try to cancel the service and you will become the enemy. You will get your money back prorated for the months used. You will get answer if you ask for an explanation on the refund. I do not recommend this company at any price. Find a good company with a good service and good vice with a good volume.
The pricing is good, call quality is ok, but good enough for phone service. They have some cool features that you can set up using the internet control panel. The big issue is the continuing problems with incoming calls. They just can't seem to get the system to work right for any length of time.
I used the Talkatone app while overseas and it works well, similar to the magicJack app. Lets you make up to 60 minutes of free calls to US/Canada landlines per month. Nice while you are traveling.
