VelocityTel has some problems. They use an adapter, made by Grandstream, positioned between your router and your phones that I find highly unreliable. I have 3 lines. I can not be certain at any point that all three lines will be working, or even one. I just know that several times a day, an adapter will start flashing red, which means there is a problem. sometimes it will go for hours. Sometimes it will reset in a few minutes. The tech support people are always helpful, but the reliability sucks. I don't know with certanty that the adapter is the problem. I do know that I can swap out a problem adapter, and the problem disappears, for the moment.
I downloaded software and also tried mobile phone. But from the beginning of one time I could hold a conversation and since then I can not call anyone. Phone does not ring. I have tried several times in recent weeks but does not. System does not work. I feel ripped off.
