Poor customer service, which is slow to respond and does not know your situation. I don't think they keep track of issues so when you call or email, the next service person doesn't have any idea so you have to explain things over and over again with each different representative.

We tried a number of other fax to email service providers and we could not solve a problem we had with integrating our CRM system with fax to email service providers. We eventually come across SRFax and all I can say is WOW!. These guys not only made the changes we required for the integration, during our free trial period, but did not charge us a dime for the work. It took them just 24 hours to make the changes and have them implemented. The customer service has been exemplary and we would not hesitate to recommend themĀ  - well done SRFax.
