Now that my Qwest phone service is finally activated, it's great. Call quality is fantastic! Reliability is pretty good - I've had one dropped call and that was talking to a cell phone, so I'm not sure who's fault that was. And now for the bad news: it took 3.5 weeks for my phone to be activated! Unbelievable, it's software, people! And I didn't even port a number over, I was assigned a number from Qwest. Honestly how hard is it to set up a new account? Luckily I hadn't cancelled my old voip service yet. Custer Service was fast and friendly, but can't really do anything about it other than to say "Phone activation can take up to 30 days." Oh, and 4 weeks after initial ordering I still can't set up my account online. Sure would like to do that... Bottom line, Qwest is offering a pretty great voip service for a fantastic price IMO. But you'll have to be patient and wait about a month for activation. Is it worth the wait?
We just began qwest one flex plan and have basically had problems the whole time. Most have been the typical startup problems, but the worst one is the poor voice quality. We get significant calls with only one way audio (meaning you can hear the person on the other end but they can't hear you or vice versa). Qwest at first seemed keen to fix this, but as of late is just giving the excuse that they cannot reproduce it well enough to fix it. Obviously this is a deal killer, as our 'C' suite is almost embarrassed to answer their phones for fear of it being an important client. I just don't think the Qwest techs know enough about this stuff to really get a system up and working...their debugging seems to be limited to just checking the router for any errors and they know nothing about the Cisco equipment. I would go with someone else.
Please do not waste your time! What should have been a simple number porting and forward turned into a total nightmare. We started an order in April, in July, we had to fight with them to cancel because they never delivered any service. After the first 4wks, _WE_ finally had to ask for an update, because there is zero communication. Days later they finally tell us they can't even find the paperwork, so, we forwarded them the original email. We started the wait all over again from square one. Another 4wks of radio silence. We chase them again, more delayed response, more excuses. Reach out to the sales rep and he tells me the order is actually completed - which It was obviously not. Even their own online account portal showed no change. Confronted the sales and account reps again, 36hrs later and not a peep. All of these many weeks we faithfully paid the bill. They finally admit, they can see now (months later) why the order got lost - because they entered it wrong into Salesforce - TWICE. After the terrible communication, no action and 4 months of no service, I request them to just cancel the order and refund us. Silence again. We finally follow-up with them - just to get the cancellation completed and they try stalling on that, and instead offer us a 3mth credit, if we will not cancel. So, final icing on the cake - they couldn't even do the right thing and refund for the months of services they never delivered. The pièce de résistance, now they are trying to get my reviews blocked, because they would rather spend more time trying to covering up their bad service, rather than fix it.
SNS Professional scammed me by sending a bogus virus message with a number attached to it. They won’t refund my money so I contacted Avoxi for assistance as the number they used is provided by them. Avoxi straight-up refused to help me. Seems like they are covering up a Scam.
