I had to call to two different times. The first one was the setup and they knew how to help me exactly. Second time was to trouble shoot calling and they found out my card was declined very quickly. My fault! as soon as we replaced the card things got back to working. Overall a very amazing company, I am thrilled to have very low cost globall calling capabilities.
I have been with FastDomain for many years now and I have been very pleased with their service. FastDomain is owned by the same company as BlueHost and HostMonster so you know that you will be getting excellent customer support with this host.
