I normally don't write these kinds of reviews, but I have been so happy with the service at Omnis Network that I felt compelled to share my experience with others. I am fairly new to website design and was running into some difficulties while setting up my business website so I spent quite a bit of time with Omnis Tech Support. They were incredibly patient with me and were always available when I needed them. I actually do most of my website design on the weekends and never experienced any problem reaching someone on the line on Saturdays or Sundays. It pays to have great service and because of this, my websites will always be hosted by Omnis Network!
Had this service for two residential lines for 18 months. Voice quality has ranged from poor to mediocre. Have had to reboot ATA many times to get an acceptable voice quality. Customer via voice requires long waits and support staff is language challenged. Not helped by really poor VOIP connection to support. Email support is no better. I've found a new provider who excels at everything for less than 50% of PNG's cost.
