The phone service itself is not bad, but dealing with their customer service is not. Their representatives work from home so all of the time, they seem more worried to let you go to go back to their at home duties. The company definitely needs to do some more training on a better customer service.
daily disconnects or phone does not work at all. multiple e-mails to get a response that does not acuratley answer my question or address my problem. The only reason I've keps this as long as I have is because my daughter's very cute message that I will now loose as I can't take it any longer. No e911 from my area too!
It took us over a month to get our service set up. Nobody at Voxby could figure out the problem. Then we were unable to contact one of the cities that was part of the in-plan unlimited international plan. It took over a month to get that resolved. There are constant connection issues. They only have one person at the customer service number who can help and he is terribly rude. If he is there to help you, you are lucky, if not tough luck.
To make a long story short, my debit card mag strip went out so I had to get a jcard. Everything was the same except for the 3 digit security code. Unfortunately, their system will not allow you to change this and you have to set up a whole new account. After numerous attempts to contact them via phone and replying to the emails their automated system sent me saying the credit card would not go through, I gave up and had to get another provider who would actually help me when I needed help. Now, they are trying to sue me in small claims court for 7 months of service even after they cut the service off within two months of not being able to pay.
