The phone service itself is not bad, but dealing with their customer service is not. Their representatives work from home so all of the time, they seem more worried to let you go to go back to their at home duties. The company definitely needs to do some more training on a better customer service.
daily disconnects or phone does not work at all. multiple e-mails to get a response that does not acuratley answer my question or address my problem. The only reason I've keps this as long as I have is because my daughter's very cute message that I will now loose as I can't take it any longer. No e911 from my area too!
I never thought I'd move to VoIP... but these guys made it simple! and i'm actually saving a lot of money, now that i don't have to pay the phone company and the internet company. I love that anytime i have a question they get back to me right away with a solution.
