Phonebooth sucks. Literally the worst company I have paid for a service and I’ve been with them for 6 years. Don’t keep your card on file with them or they will arbitrarily charge it for whatever amount they please. Horrible support, no features or perks. They are in the dinosaur era of voip service. I can’t recommend to find a different provider enough.
I liked Phonebooth initially. However, the phones they support are old and have reached end of life. They don't support Polycom phones with 4.0 firmware or newer. Neither do they support any Yealink phones available in the market now. I have called several times and created several cases for help but the only response I get is that they don't have any information about future plans. May be they are planning on closing shop soon. Who knows... they don't know either.
We've been using Infinity DataTel's services for over three years and have not been disappointed. We previously used Cox and were paying around $1200 per month for our phone service. Now we pay closer to $600 a month with better phones, better call quality, we have a smartphone app, and we own all the equipment. Being a small business saving $600 a month is a huge win no matter what industry you're in. Our firm is very happy with Jared and his team and recommend them to anyone looking for VOIP and IT services.
