This service provides me with everything the 'big guys' provides, and so much more! I carry my IP phone with me from country to country and never have a problem both connecting to the Mconnect network and saving money - and you can imagine with all calls 'originating' from the States I save a ton! When I do have an issue, their customer support staff are aces - particularly friendly and knowledgable - with a nice 'personal touch'! The previous review mentioned 'Dial Up', c'mon! Who uses an IP phone with a dial up connection? Mconnect is a smart choice for those who need reliablility and great rates - I'm solid with them, and feel others should know the truth.
We've been using Infinity DataTel's services for over three years and have not been disappointed. We previously used Cox and were paying around $1200 per month for our phone service. Now we pay closer to $600 a month with better phones, better call quality, we have a smartphone app, and we own all the equipment. Being a small business saving $600 a month is a huge win no matter what industry you're in. Our firm is very happy with Jared and his team and recommend them to anyone looking for VOIP and IT services.
