Up until recently I was using long distance cards purchased at the local drugstore. The problem with these cards is that you never get the minutes you think you are paying for. Calling within our state to another area code costs 3 times more than I thought it would. Plus minutes sometimes mysteriously disappeared for no apparent reason. With Hello Highway you get exactly what you pay for and you no longer have to enter multiple digit phone numbers and pass codes. I simple dial a local phone number and dial the person I'm calling. It even allows for speed-dialing. Hello Highway makes it simple and I highly recommend them to anyone.
I use Hello Highway's service regularly and it is a great value!
We were originally with DCT Telecom using their SIP service - had no issues with DCT for many years. DCT was bought bought out by Momentum - Took (2) months to finally get switched over, then we started experiencing service loss almost daily at different locations (we have six stores) - Support was worthless in troubleshooting issues - Finally got switched off of Momentum and discovered their BS early termination fees that go with their auto renewing contract. Stay away from this comapany!!!
We signed a three year deal with Momentum in 2016, and then five years after that, our workforce location changed and we needed to get out. We'd already done the three years, but they forced termination fees on us after five years since they require us to give notice 90 days before the end of the term (not 89), and, as they see it, they determine the term. Totally would not hold up if we had the time and energy to battle them., But very shady. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS VENDOR. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
