Great America Networks Conferencing vs iTalkBB

We have been with iTalkBB for nearly 10 years. We spend our precious time to write a review because it is so bad!! If there is an option for us to leave NEGATIVE stars, we would. Also, we don't like to write reviews. In this case, we have to because iTalkBB is so bad. Not only the above criteria was poor. Although the customer service support people sound soft and sweet and always agree to resolve, but shocking ineffective. They lied all the time. They said they called us back but our phone didn't even have a miss call!! We have had problem with the phone and can not receive nor call out for over 8 months!! They always gave us different reason why and asked us try different ways. We tried so many times all different ways to resolve. After 8 months, finally we thought find a way to resolve the problem. After it is resolved, we realised the phone line was offline!!! It is not our call forwarding issue, nor the headset issue. Mainly their phone line is OFFLINE and DROPPED all the time. iTALKBB is pretty much a SCAMMER!! The only thing they know is to charge you. if you missed a payment for a few days, they cut off your line. We used iTalk BB for business, we have been putting up so we don't change the phone number. But now we can't tolerate anymore. We never come across any company in the entire world that is bad or near bad than that. PLEASE DON'T SIGN UP ITALKBB.
