Phonebooth sucks. Literally the worst company I have paid for a service and I’ve been with them for 6 years. Don’t keep your card on file with them or they will arbitrarily charge it for whatever amount they please. Horrible support, no features or perks. They are in the dinosaur era of voip service. I can’t recommend to find a different provider enough.
I liked Phonebooth initially. However, the phones they support are old and have reached end of life. They don't support Polycom phones with 4.0 firmware or newer. Neither do they support any Yealink phones available in the market now. I have called several times and created several cases for help but the only response I get is that they don't have any information about future plans. May be they are planning on closing shop soon. Who knows... they don't know either.
Outstanding phone service. Affordable Reliable and no problems with the service provided at all. Gabbit is the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to many many more years of service by them.
