Firstly, I like the convenience of eFAX.  I do not have a fax machine, but only a scanner and a computer.  I can send fax's from my computer however I would get charged the exorbitant international rates from the phone company here in Taiwan and I wish to avoid that at all costs.  In fact, even with the subscription fee, I saved money because I had about 20 pages to fax to 3 different places in the US; my school, a financial institution, and a law firm.  Each one required my signature and one out of three would not send a fax internationally to me and I didn't want to pay the international costs of the other documents that would come to me. Secondly, eFAX was a service that solved a delicate problem for me because they have the option of having a local domestic USA Fax number to where the fax's could be directed to me.  This really saved me as I had a deadline to meet to get these documents and my university would under no circumstances send a fax to me internationally. Thirdly, I like the cost involved.  This is not an expensive service for the service rendered!  If you do a lot of faxing and do not have a fax mcahine, eFAX is definitely the way to go.  So, all in all, I have been really pleased with eFAX.  It has been a very convenient service that turns your email into a fax machine. It is inexpensive and so far, it has been efficient as I have received and sent all of the fax's that I had to (all 20 pages) without any problems.  I recommend eFAX to anyone who does not have  a fax machine and has a limited number of fax's to send  Give it a try.  I think you will be pleased as I have been. Pathetic service. Horrible customer service. To top it all, today I received a call mentioning that they are not going to provide service to residential customers any more. Thwy would like me to move to another provider by 14th but are not going to reduce my monthly bill if I move out earlier. Least customer friendly company.. Caution to all those commercial customers.. stay away from this company. I wish I could give a rating of "-1".

Pathetic Customer Service, they never respond to email or returns your voice messages. Calls disconnect or doesn't connect at all...after thousands of attempt if call is connected then they will apologize and will show sincerity and will promise to help yout but nothing happens afterwards... you call them again no response... Trust me you will go mad.. thye have no values on commitment. Cusotmer are jokes for them and they belive do what you can do, i dont give a damn to you.. They call quality is going down.. call often gets dropped and many times there is no service... when you call internatioanlly then call quality is often no good... Now i am trying to call them to cancel but no response..already send so many emails but no response and they are billing me full price regualrly.. I need to take them to consumer court and probably higher a lawyer to team them a lesson.... i dont know who gave them the license to run the service in this country... there service shall be revoked... cheaters and highly unscrupulous people...
