Last night, 5/31/2018 my wife recorded the NBA Playoff 1st game of the series because I work third shift. When I got home this morning. The game was taken from my DVR Comcast/Xfinity list. DELETED!!!!!! I am so pissed because that is one reason that we purchased this option! This is not the first time. There has college and NFL football games. There has been college and NBA games and other programs. Comcast acts as they are GOD by with the simple thing as a click of a button they can make that decision and it's wrong. Just plain wrong!!! STOP IT!!!! Again, that's what we pay for. We don't want and shouldn't have to watch a rerun or replay! Whatever you choose to call it.
So I don’t take the time to review my bill every month. I’ve been charged for a box that the service man took two years ago they’ve charged me $10 a month for two years for a box that I don’t have and they’re calling it an in active box. No one would bother to call us or send us any mail asking about the box they just take it upon yourself to continue to charge this is the kind of company it is total lack of integrity
We recently switched from a local provider of Business VOIP to Apptix. The customer support for the change over has been terrific, all US based with very smart techs. As a medium sized business, documentation has been important and Apptix is very well organized with full, clear documentation. Their web portal is also very clear and easy to use.
We operate an active commercial real estate brokerage with 25 agents that require excellent phone service and that is what we got with Apptix. We were a bit reluctant at first switching from the phone company but the economy has forced us to try new things to save money. We received a lot more than we bargained for because we made the switch mainly to save money, but we have found that the features that Apptix offers are outstanding and have increased internal and external communications and productivity.
