Comcast Business has worked extremely well for our growing accounting firm. It's crucial that our phone system always works, as we need to be available to clients all day. Comcast Business does the job for us and we haven't had any outages or problems to speak of. Getting set up was easy as well. Overall, nothing but smooth sailing with Comcast so far.
I have used virtual phone services for nearly a decade. I find that the two biggest issues are the setup process and the poor coverage. I had a decent experience with RingCentral they had a lot of outages and then they raised their rates. I switched over to Vonjour. The port took 8 days. They had a voice actor do our recordings, which was included in the service. All together the setup was fairly easy and I haven't experienced any outages.
Signed up with this guys since I liked their UI and it was the easier to set up. Unfortunately they started messing with my billing in the first 60days. I got charged double and when I complained they started over charging me. For a $22 a month service I was being charged $26. Support sucks. Sometimes a question is answered in 48 hours or not at all. Poor English too. Obviously these are some guys in who knows where working on this part time. Too bad they could no be serious about it, they had so much potential. I disputed with my credit card since they refuse to credit for their wrong-doings.
