Amazing customer service, every time I called them for support they where prompt in getting my issue resolved. They answered all my questions and provided me practical solutions for my business.
Far and away the best hosting company I've ever used. Their customer service team immediately jumps on any concern or question I may have and double-checks to ensure that I am satisfied. Fast connection speeds and reliable uptime. I'm a very happy customer!
I've read many of the reviews and some seem to be company plants and some are unrealistic expectations from customers. If you want 99.999% availability, stick with your landline. If you want 95+%, Vonics is good. Occasionally I answer and get no audio. Service was down for a few days when they added new international numbers, but I did get voicemail. Voicemail indicator and voicemail via e-mail have worked well. The MTA has been flawless, much better than my cable service. Service was overwhelmed when SunRocket went under. I now get responses to e-mails, but days late after the problem has resolved. For $12.99 a month, I think it is a very good value and recommend it with the above caveats to friends and family. Iterating, the service is not perfect and the cost is low. One gets what one pays for, and my experience has been good value for the money and I will stay with Vonics at the end of my year.
I haven't had service for a week now and I can't Vonics customer service to respond. Prior to this my service has always been a little flaky, but for the price I can live with a few issues - as long as it works. One common problem I've had is when someone calls me my phone rings and I answer but the call doesn't connect. If they call right back the call will usually connect on the second try. The sound quality has been pretty good and the service is a bargain - when it works. My service quit a week ago and I can't get in touch with anyone at Vonics.
