There were many options for phone service that I considered when shopping for a new system. Chicago Business VoIP had the ease and quality I was looking for. When I needed a high quality low cost VoIP solution to help my business through these tough times CBV was there. The website was very easy to use and I could not be happier. I was able to cut my TCO in half by using CBV services. I don't know where my company would be without it.
This voip service has SO MANY PROBLEMS its the worst the support are the worst in history of the internet and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket and my account manager never on they will make your life hard just so you give up and don't get your money back don't use it stay away they are the worst.
Signed up with commpeak, got all the way through setup, and wanted to clarify the technical route. Then the agent told me that there was a minimum average call duration for the service (despite them offering per-second billing) and that if I didn't meet the average then my service would be cut off. CUT OFF. She tried to debate with me what that meant, but I run a callcenter, I don't have time to mess around with maybes. Suggest staying away from these dishonest people.
