I cancelled the service 5 months ago and they billed me 4 months later for 4 months of unpaid service and while trying to settle the fact that the service had been cancelled they billed me for another month. Make sure when you cancel that you get in writing that it is a final bill and the service has been cancelled because their staff are not reliable!!! Even change your credit card so they can't rebill you.
I've used 3 VoIP companies prior to Callture and I would say Callture is the best by far. Set up was quick and easy. Features included is exactly what I need for my business. The call recoding, hold music and conference bridge was perfect for my small business. I also saved a lot of money each month with them.
We've been using Dialpad since it was Switch.co, and it has been reliable, and with good quality audio. We have experienced no problems, and the price was great for the features it included. We also use the included Uberconference, and it also works well.
No customer service on weekends or after hours. No way to call them for support only email or chat, and even then, nobody reads or responds on the weekend. The price is good if the service worked, but I don't receive my calls. I opened a ticket about it but they stopped working on it. My business is dead in the water without calls. I tried to port my number away from them but nobody is answering the phone to even figure out the details. My bill has no details that the winning provider would need to get my number. I am really stuck.
