We've been using BroadVoice for the past 4 months at our accounting firm. Set up was pretty easy and we were able to add users as we've grown. The feature set does everything we need it to, so we have no complaints. The system has been reliable as well.
I installed voip.com SIP trunks for a client and the service well. Main location has a T1 and Asterisk phones. Branch offices have broadband and same Asterisk phones and all synced up well. I’d recommend then and plan to recommend to other clients.
Rates are not expensive but often the sms are delivered to the recipient with a different caller id and sender cannot be recognized. I reported the issue to the customer service but I didn't receive any support.
