We've been using BroadVoice for the past 4 months at our accounting firm. Set up was pretty easy and we were able to add users as we've grown. The feature set does everything we need it to, so we have no complaints. The system has been reliable as well.
I installed voip.com SIP trunks for a client and the service well. Main location has a T1 and Asterisk phones. Branch offices have broadband and same Asterisk phones and all synced up well. I’d recommend then and plan to recommend to other clients.
What impressed me more than anything was that I was able to activate my ATA (Firefox100) device online in a very simple fashion with 3 easy steps. I guess I was up and running in less than 3 minutes after I received my ups shipment which came within 3 days. Calls that I made USA wide, the quality was superb.
