We've been using BroadVoice for the past 4 months at our accounting firm. Set up was pretty easy and we were able to add users as we've grown. The feature set does everything we need it to, so we have no complaints. The system has been reliable as well.
I installed voip.com SIP trunks for a client and the service well. Main location has a T1 and Asterisk phones. Branch offices have broadband and same Asterisk phones and all synced up well. I’d recommend then and plan to recommend to other clients.

We are a small company with multiple sites in two sites. We moved one of our office locations and upgraded to new Polycom phone sets at both sites. The sales, project management and technical staff at MegaPath helped us to find the best service and equipment solution for interfacing with the building infrastructure and worked with the building owner's IT department located in Italy.
