We operate a multi-tenant executive suite property in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area and have had Broadcore since January 2008. VOIP is a new concept for us, but so far everything is great and works well. Our tenants have been able to use the equipment and services with relative ease and minimum of break-in time. One of the best features of the Company is their support people - you don't feel like you are dealing with a large faceless company - but a friendly service oriented concern. They are relatively easy to access and respond in a very thorough caring way to the needs of their customers.
I am currently using their service and would like to say that I am happy so far and it seems a small business's service level and values offered are more attractive from those other big companies I have seen! They are definitly a provider to concider for businesses in 20-50 users!
This phone system is terrible. Please do not get it if can find another. It seems the company I work for purchased Momentum Telecom, MT, because their long distance plan was the cheapest, but I am not yet sure on this. MT is unreliable: Some times customers cannot get through, one or more calls drop, call quality is not good. The software is also difficult to use. The reporting is weak. The agents who use the phone system software dislike it very much. How they display those on a call and those available is awful. How they do transfers is tricky. Occasional total outages: no calls can dial in. There is more bad as well. Please shop around, even if you have to pay more for long distance.
Buyer beware, they will smile and say what you want to hear but do not care at all about what happens once the agreement is signed. They keep referring to it, even though you may have phone issues (good luck getting a hold of their tech support). Then when you want to leave, they have a bunch of clauses to penalize you, as if it's our fault they can't provide the service they said they could. Read their agreement with a microscope, they are tricksters with no regard for customers. Not to mention they are 3x more expensive than other providers. I cannot recommend this company any less.
