I signed up Vonage Business when starting my own law firm. I needed a main line, two extensions, and a conference bridge. Vonage Business provided me with two phones at no cost (a special was running), and the customer service when I needed help with the set-up was excellent! I have been a satisfied customer since January 2014. The law firm I was with prior to starting my firm also used Vonage Business (formerly Vocalocity). I share office space (and Internet access) with another small law firm that uses Ring Central and the amount of problems they have with their phone service (dropped calls, endless can you here me now? moments, etc.) just makes me shake my head. I keep telling them that I am sure Vonage Business would make it easy for them to switch! I do wish that the conference bridge had a prompt for people to announce themselves when joining the call but other than that I am completely satisfied!
