Plug ready off the internet SLOW; SLOWS DOWN THE REST OF THE NETWORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE GREATER THAN 24 HOURS - NONRESPONSIVE

Decent phone, shoddy service. After two months of poor phone service with dropped configurations on four different phones, and waiting for tech support to call me back in 24 hours, is not the idea I have in mind for business phone service and support.
