When I was looking to replace my company's old phone system, I researched many voip providers. I was particularly impressed with Jive due to their feature-rich system and US-based support. I spoke with one of their sales reps via chat and was sold. It has been smooth sailing ever since. As our company has grown, we've had to add new phones to the system and it's quite an easy process. Support has been very helpful with the few minor issues we've run into since deployment. I would definitely recommend Jive to anyone looking for a hosted pbx system.
