Allows you to be accessible from anywhere. Good pricing. Great message notification. Occasionally has rather unusual problems. Support call center is not in the US.

I became a RingCentral customer in 2008, and have no current desire to change.  While I have occasional problems (caller complaints about not being loud enough, fax messages not sending, phone not ringing), these do not occur often and are usually fixed immediately upon being reported.
RingCentral offers great options at a very reasonable price.  I love the flexibility of the service, the ability to send my business calls to any number at any time, the ability to access call records at any time, and especially the ability to record phone calls.
