| IP5280 | IP5280: Stay Away 01/10/2012 - 03:53 | The only pro is knowing their name so that I can tell the world about how horrible this company is. | Everything. | IP5280 is the worst telecommunications company I've ever dealt with. Even the BBB agrees with over 19 complaints in 3 years of writing this. We were promised feature after feature then when our order got to provisioning we're told that our features are not supported. This didn't happen once but 3 times so far, each time being reassurred that we'll be fine ... "just sign here" is what we're told. Even our sales guys left the company a week after we signed our contract saying he had a hard time working there so he quit. We get no return phone calls. Support has more tiers than wedding cake with nobody knowing what the other does. This company is a joke. A small business shouldn't have to worry about their telecommunications company. For us our issues are still not resolved and we've been worried and stressed since day once. Even after all of our issues our sales guy tells us today "No problem, just sign here and we'll make it right". We have to order more services. What a joke. |
