Support was atually competent and the guy was real nice. He fixed my problem with minimal time on the phone. It been smooth sailing since then (about 4 months now). They added a free second line which is very useful. I'm on the $14.95 plan so compared to other services like Vonage for around $25 it definitely is worth sticking with. |
