GoDaddy.com is the world's largest hostname provider, with more than 36 million domains under management. Because of their size, the length of time they have been in business, and the large number of customers they have, Go Daddy has its share of both extremely satisfied users and extremely dissatisfied detractors.
Go Daddy has been known for their affordable web hosting and cheap domains. Their Economy Plan starts at as low as $4.24 per month (for a lock-in of 36 months). This comes with 10GB disk space, 300GB transfers, and 100 email accounts. Their Unlimited Plan gives unlimited space and transfers, and 1000 email accounts for as low as $9.74/month (for a lock-in of 36 months). Go Daddy also offers a wide array of services and add-ons and supports an extensive list of languages and platforms. However, a lot of the services you add on have a separate price tag to it. Their site builder, Website Tonight, for example, starts at $4.74 a month. The good thing is that Go Daddy has everything you may ever need to put up a business or personal website, regardless of scale. But users have to be aware of how much it all adds up to in the end.
