My BIGGEST complaint is the complete lack of user reference material. Zultys has a small 4 page "Quick Reference" guide that basically gets you making phone calls and not much more. Our previous phone system had an excellent user guide that detailed every feature of that phone system. The only training we got was what we found on YouTube! I will say the audio quality is excellent. Navigation is buried and confusing. Again, wouldn't it be nice to have a detailed user guide! Another negative is their handsets. While they are sleek and pretty, they are slim, hard to hold and fragile. I purchased phone pads to compensate for this as my guys were complaining they were impossible to hold with their cheek and shoulders while talking on the phone and working on the PC. I suppose a work around for this would be headsets for everybody. This system is also prone to just dropping calls. Our fax machine still drops calls before the system transfers to hold before the fax machine picks up. Nobody seems to know how to fix this either. Needless to say we miss our old system.
Our company specialized in smaller "key system" units until we were approached by two 100+ user clients to provide system, installation and support services. After researching available VOIP PBX vendors solutions, Zultys was an easy choice. After several years and multiple deployments, Zultys remains the right choice. Zultys is amazingly open to dealer feedback and development in helping us to meet and exceed customer's expecations. Bill Rakowitz General Manager Ganado Telephone Company
We signed up with Future-Nine years and years ago (2008?). They were great. Nitzan was responsive and everything worked the way it should. In the last half a decade, they've gone from great to non-existent. No replies to support requests. No replies to sales requests. I don't even know if anyone there is still alive and running things or if it's just running on its own until it finally dies. Sad, but these days, I couldn't recommend them. Asleep at the wheel.
I used future nine for more than five years. At the beginning, their service and price are pretty good. But recently, I noticed that there is a lot of small amount charge deducted from my account. For example, I deposit $15 in my account, after one week, there is only $14.3 left on my account. I sent email asked the reason and there is no response from them. I could not find the explanation for these charge in the invoice. And from the invoice, you could not find these deduction. My friends also complained that sometime when they call me, they received a voice message told them the call could not go through. They have to call my cell phone and found there is no ring in my home phone. There is no response from their customer support after I sent email to them ask the reason. Finally, I decided to cancel the service from future nine after being their customer for more than 5 years. I received a message from them and told me there is $15 cancellation fee and the remain balance in my account is nonrefundable. After I canceled the service, I still received the billing that charge for the future service.
