A definite alternative to VonageOur company switched to UniaTelecom Voip service and have used it for 2 months. Their customer service is excellent, although we called them a few times, no dropped calls. UniaTelecom's customer service sent us an email twice allready asking if we are satisfied with the service. Great customer follow up. Their prices are great, we saved 50% off our phone bill.
The Good: Very easy to use, very professional, very affordable The Bad: My first phone number was blocked by the prison Review: Hosted Numbers has been very helpful in getting a local number to talk to my daughter who is in prison. When the first number that I got was blocked, they were very nice when they explained how that worked and how I could get a different one that might not be. Just be aware that they’re not affiliated with the prison system so they can’t tell you if numbers are going to be blocked. They’re very upfront and nice about it, and don’t judge you or treat you badly because of your situation. Very very nice customer service staff
