A definite alternative to VonageOur company switched to UniaTelecom Voip service and have used it for 2 months. Their customer service is excellent, although we called them a few times, no dropped calls. UniaTelecom's customer service sent us an email twice allready asking if we are satisfied with the service. I have hosted my sites with IX Webhosting for two years now and overall, I am extremely pleased with their service. Previously I was with GoDaddy and for various reasons, I made the switch and have never regretted it. What I like about IX Webhosting is that I can have up to fifteen dedicated IP's. Many of the other companies want to charge for this separately or will not offer dedicate Ip's at all. The Customer Service/Support has also proved to be fast and helpful. I mostly have used their live chat but have also had luck with their direct phone support as well. My issues have always been resolved in a timely manner. IX Webhosting provides a good value for a quality product. Many of my friends have decided to go with IX and are as pleased as I have been.
