Greg and the Intratel team have been a backbone for IDS for quite some time now (7+ years)... In the early days, they were described by my then IT management firm, as the IT guys behind the IT guys. We're now looking to further expand our relationship with Intratel much beyond our VOIP solutions, and will look to put all of our Internet, Phone, Data Storage & Security in their trusted hands. All things considered, Talkroute has been a solid choice for my business. It’s not 100% perfect, but it's pretty close. I’m happy with what I’m getting, and I feel like it’s made managing calls for my business a lot simpler and more professional. If you're in the market for a virtual phone system, Talkroute is definitely worth checking out.
