VelocityTel has some problems. They use an adapter, made by Grandstream, positioned between your router and your phones that I find highly unreliable. I have 3 lines. I can not be certain at any point that all three lines will be working, or even one. I just know that several times a day, an adapter will start flashing red, which means there is a problem. sometimes it will go for hours. Sometimes it will reset in a few minutes. The tech support people are always helpful, but the reliability sucks. I don't know with certanty that the adapter is the problem. I do know that I can swap out a problem adapter, and the problem disappears, for the moment.
I went to Sonic on hwy 231 in Panama city Florida the intercom was out a lady name Kim took my order brought me my food and apologized for any in inconvenience this may of caused. She was very friendly and helpful wish all employees were like her.
