I could not order online. The site kept saying that I had a popup blocker, but I don't and I could not get past that website error.
I have had the srvice for about a month now. You get to have it for the first month free, with no set, activation or equipment cost, and you don't have to sign a contract. The installation was a breeze and I was up and calling in about 5 mins! The quality has been excellent compared to the static I use to have with my landline. I had looked at others but what made up my mind (IMO I think they are all pretty close in quality & value) was the referral program they have. I will have my service free here real soon after a few more referrals! What a deal! I just can't say enough about this company. Regards Brian W.
We have (soon had) a grandfathered account with Vestalink, part of the early adopters promotion when it launched. Initially it was 75 USD every 2 years, then 90.68 in 2018. Now its switched to a 24.99/mo plan with no warning. Our grandfathered flat rate promise clearly means nothing. The terms of service page leads to a 404. It has devolved into AT&T's metered landline plan. Moving to another provider and hopefully able to port our number without issue.
Horrible company who won't port out your number -- as required by law -- when you try and leave. Been trying to get a number away from them for over 2 weeks now, and not happy with them passing the blame to others.
