They seemed to be a good deal when I first looked into them. They took my payment, delivered the toll free number and then when you called it, it would only play an ad for them. Then when I called to see what was the problem, they blocked my ip address so I couldn't log in. Thankfully, I payed through paypal and was able to get my money back. Stay far, far away from this company. Just garbage.
https://portal.etollfree.net/ will steal your money. They charge about 25 cents for each minute. You will see charges on your bill even without to know which numbers called you. The minimum deposit they ask is $25 . Once you paid that money, there is no refund even if you cancel your service. The customer service phone number in their website is fake. It is always on voice message, when you leave voice messages ,they will never call you back. The sound quality is poor. If someone calls you ,you need to ask the person to repeat because the voice is not clear. This company is scam.
Great service, I would highly recommend it. I was a little worried when I changed over from landline service to VOIP, but IPComms has taken away any doubt I would have about VOIP calling. Check them out at http://ipcomms.net/
