We recently switched from a local provider of Business VOIP to Apptix. The customer support for the change over has been terrific, all US based with very smart techs. As a medium sized business, documentation has been important and Apptix is very well organized with full, clear documentation. Their web portal is also very clear and easy to use.
We operate an active commercial real estate brokerage with 25 agents that require excellent phone service and that is what we got with Apptix. We were a bit reluctant at first switching from the phone company but the economy has forced us to try new things to save money.
