We've been using BroadVoice for the past 4 months at our accounting firm. Set up was pretty easy and we were able to add users as we've grown. The feature set does everything we need it to, so we have no complaints. The system has been reliable as well.
I installed voip.com SIP trunks for a client and the service well. Main location has a T1 and Asterisk phones. Branch offices have broadband and same Asterisk phones and all synced up well. I’d recommend then and plan to recommend to other clients.
Packet Fusion is a reseller of VoIP services such as Ring Central. You cannot compare a reseller to a manufacturer. Come on guys!
