They were aggressive in pricing my bundled solution to make it attractive to switch from Verizon to their service. Reliability has been horrible though. One of my two circuits is down at least once a month, and this month I've had downtime 3 times already! Sure they provide credits for downtime but that doesn't offset the loss of business when I can't make or receive phone calls. Even if I have to pay a penalty to switch I can't afford not to at this point.
DO NOT SIGN UP for this service!! After the 30 day trial, they start charging and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. You cannot cancel online or any other way. I talked to people and I chatted online but it was impossible. I cancelled my credit card and still it was charged to my new card. (My credit card company said that if they have the 3 digit code on the back, they can push it through.) Now I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and I hope that will work.
At $9.95 per month, I feel that RapidFax's individual and small business plan is a competitively priced internet fax service option. They offer a thirty day trial period which includes 300 total pages. Unlike other internet fax services that set an allotted number for incoming and outgoing pages, RapidFax combines the two to give their users more flexibility in how they spend their minutes. They also DO NOT charge a setup fee for their service. Faxes can only be sent to two email addresses which has not been a problem for me.
