I liked Phonebooth initially. However, the phones they support are old and have reached end of life. They don't support Polycom phones with 4.0 firmware or newer. Neither do they support any Yealink phones available in the market now. I have called several times and created several cases for help but the only response I get is that they don't have any information about future plans. May be they are planning on closing shop soon. Who knows... they don't know either.

If you depend on a reliable phone system for you business, don't use Phonebooth. I'm moving our stuff to another provider as soon as I can.
