They shouldn't hold that money interest free during the shipping time. It should be charged to the card they already have after the shipping period if the device isn't returned. Now I not only have to wait for it to arrive but also wait for them to process the refund. Horrible company! Get a magicjack or basic talk and save yourself the money and hassles.
