absolutely the worst thing that has happened to my business, not to mention the stress I have to suffer during my second pregnancy. their sales rep promised a phone system that did not work, put you on an expensive lease $8000 for 4 phones system that are completely unsuitable for running our business - the company tried to help but could NOT fix any of the issues and took no responsibility. Do NOT sign any contracts with this company- our business has lost thousands of dollars because of the phone drama. we had to fork out $3000 just to put our old phone system back, on top of a very expensive lease we have to deal with. the sales rep promised fixed monthly fees, we were overcharged almost every month and the total overcharge was at least $1500. in the last 2 years we were constantly faced with crackling lines, phone calls would drop out, delays in speaking, no dial tone so could not make calls, hard to hear phone call, phone would ring and when we answer, we could not hear the person on the other end AND we could NOT reliably transfer calls between phones without losing the patients on the line. we never had issues with our last phone company, we were deceived into signing a new contract because of the NBN misrepresentation. as soon as we change to our current new provider, all these problems have gone away. they made porting very difficult for us, we had to engage a professional because it took too long, almost 4 months to port our two lines over to our new provider and during the waiting time- we had to divert our phones to two mobiles. i just could not imagine how much money we have lost and not to mention the emotional stress of the whole experience. with so many providers out there offering no contract service, why would you sign anything with these liars?
