Jivetel Communications was established in 2005 and is a division of GlobeCom International. In late 2005 Jivetel began offering Voice Over IP telephone service (AKA: VoIP, Voice Over Broadband, VoBB, and DSL Lines) to subscribers worldwide. In 2006 they launched Jive2Go which allows users to make international calls from landline or cellphones without the need for a broadband connection.
Later the same year, Jivetel started offering internet service along with Voip offering in certain countries. They are privately owned and fully profitable.
