Beware
Customer service is horrible, I have never posted any reviews on the net before but my experience with Lingo has led to this. If you ever have any trouble good luck finding anyone that will be able to tell you anything other than to reset the phone adapter. The first adapter I had went bad, it took 5 weeks for them to send me a new one. The new one arrived and was obviously used because it was all scratched up and had what looked like peanut butter (at least I hope that was what it was) smeared on it and all of the cables were just thrown into the box. This adapter also failed after a month or so. After numerous calls to tech support at which time someone was supposed to call me back and never did, I had had enough. No more Lingo, also even though they were unable to honor their end of the contract and provide me trouble free service I of course have to pay an early termination fee.
