SimpleSignal: Sales team dynamic improved immensely

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my company chose SimpleSignal for our cloud communication needs. We have multiple offices with remote users sprinkled in and these guys have literally changed the way we communicate!
All calls now are 4 digit extension dials...plus we are doing point to point video calls seamlessly...literally our sales team dynamic has improved immensely.
I highly recommend these guys as they create solutions, not just slap in some solution that will get you by.

expensive. horrible customer service and business ethics
We had serious issues with call connections with likely cost me thousands in business. After several drawn out issues we cancelled our contract which was quite the dispute. They drew out the cancel process and billed us for the several months it took for them to let us out of a contact that they could fulfill. They have now sent us a collections notice for charges that were applied during these cancel disputes when we were not using their service. HORRIBLE company!!!
Would not recommend to a friend.

mistake

expensive compared to competition, poor quality
Out of all the decisions I made in starting up my company this was the worst. Polite customer service department of 2 can help with basics. Phone quality inconsistent- they said it was the DSL- but have used another VOIP provider without any issues. I would look elsewhere...

I've been with a couple of others, and it doesn't get better than this!

Expensive
Posted on: Oct 17, 2006Very expensive for what you get. We have been disappointed in the call quality. Customer service is average since they can't seem to solve the call quality.
