Easy to manage through the portal. | None after 5 months of use. | We had our own asterisk server that started having issues that we weren't able to fix. I called FluentStream on a Friday and they had us up and running the next day on their system. We are a 24/7 operation so we know if the system stops working and we have only had 2 very brief outages since we have had them. They have gone out of their way to make us happy and we are. I am so glad that I don't have to think about our phone system anymore! |
