| VoIPo | I have had VOIPO for nearly a year 05/25/2011 - 09:17 | Lots of features, great price, easy setup, helpful and responsive staff (when they are available). Web access to features is nice and functional. The SMS ability to change phone forwarding is great. They try hard. | Live Customer support is only 9am-6pm CT Monday-Friday. | I have had VOIPO for nearly a year and have had problems every 6-8 weeks. To their credit they did find that my Internet connection did have some problems last year but I upgraded my bandwidth and that issue went away. My two concerns are reliability of the service (I have had to have tweaks done to the configuration serveral times and they switched servers on my as well), and lack of customer support during evenings and weekends. They will schedule time to work with you after hours, but that doesn't help when you don't know that your phone stops working correctly on the weekend or after 6pm CT. |
