| GoTo Connect | Jive makes it easy 09/29/2015 - 07:54 | We've been with Jive for our office phones for over 3 years. They were easy to set up with and change from the local phone carrier. They took care of all of the issues and got us up and running quickly. Now things are set up and run smoothly. When we have an issue customer service is so helpful and fixes things in a timely manner. I've had many good experiences with them. Their new product Jive Mobility is still being worked on and there are some glitches, but overall it allows me more freedom using my laptop and cell phone to make calls. It allows me to move my office around when I travel and clients don't need to know I'm not at my desk. I'm happy we switched to VOIP and Jive does a great job. | The customer service is still learning how to manage Jive Mobility.
