We had initially made the switch over from regular telephone service to VoIP about a year ago, but we made the mistake of going with Vonage. With Vonage we struggled with reliability and customer service. Since switching to Broadvoice three months ago, we have been very satisfied with the quality of phone service. We have not experienced any outages up to this point, and when we had a question about a feature, Broadvoice's customer service agent was quick to get it addressed. Definitely recommend them. |
